Meet Your Instructor
Hi, I'm Hannah.
I'm an artist based in Denver, CO, and I've been teaching art for the past three years. What started as a personal passion slowly became something I wanted to share — because the joy I feel when I'm creating is something everyone deserves to experience.
Fun on Canvas was born from that belief. I wanted to create community events where people could pick up a brush, let go of their worries, and discover what it feels like to make something beautiful with their own hands. No experience needed — just an open heart.

What should I bring?+
Just yourself! All painting supplies are included — canvases, paints, brushes, easels. Wear something you don't mind getting a little painty. We recommend comfortable clothes and close-toed shoes.
Can I drink wine at the event?+
Absolutely. Wine, spirits, and light bites are part of every Fun on Canvas evening. Drinks are BYOB or available on-site depending on the event — check the specific event details for what's provided.
Is this for beginners? I've never painted before.+
This is EXACTLY for beginners. You don't need any experience — our events are guided step-by-step. You'll be amazed at what you can create with a little instruction and a lot of encouragement. That's the whole point.
Can I bring my kids?+
Most of our events are 12+ due to the social atmosphere. However, we occasionally run family-friendly afternoons — keep an eye on the events page for family events. When in doubt, send us an email and we'll let you know.
What if I need to cancel?+
We totally understand life happens! Full refund if you cancel 48+ hours before the event. 50% refund with 24–48 hours notice. No refund under 24 hours, but you're welcome to transfer your spot to a friend.
What does the ticket price include?+
Everything. Canvas, paints, brushes, step-by-step guided instruction, a finished painting to take home, and wine. All you need is yourself!
